Catherine was born on October 27th, 1401 in Paris, France. Catherine's father was Charles VI "the Beloved" de Valois of France and her mother was Isabelle Wittlesbach of Bavaria. Her paternal grandparents were Charles V "the Wise" of France and Joan De Bourbon; her maternal grandfather was Stephen Wittlesbach of Bavaria. She was an only child. She died in Abbey of St Saviour, Bermondsey, London, England.-
