Richard was born about 1212 in Morton, Corbet, Shropshire, England. Richard's father was Richard De Corbett and his mother was Lady Johanna De Toret Morton. His paternal grandfather was Lord Richard De Corbett; his maternal grandfather was Batholomew De Toret. He was an only child. He died in 1255.-
