Valentine YOCUM 
Valentine was born in 1721 in New Amsterdam, NY.1 Valentine's father was Francis Jochem and his mother was Millie Felty. His paternal grandfather was Mathias Jochem. He had six brothers named Mathias, John, Jacob, Conrad, Felty and George. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 42 in 1763 in Muddy Creek Massacre, VA.1 General Notes
