William Jefferson Warren 
William Jefferson was born on August 8th, 1845.1 William Jefferson's father was Bassett Warren and his mother was Mahala Long. His paternal grandparents were POWELL Warren and Polly Newmon; his maternal grandparents were James Long and Unknown. He had four brothers and two sisters, named James Harvey, Joel J., Albert J., John, Martha and Martha Eveline. He had two half-sisters named Melvina and Betsy Ann. He died at the age of 85 on May 1st, 1931 in Laurel County, Kentucky.1 General Notes
May be buried at Warren's Grove Cemetery on Road 1035, west of London, Laurel Co., Ky. The area is better known, reportedly as Pine Top Road. About two miles outside of london on Highway 80 on right side of road.
