Charles Edward Warren 
Charles Edward was born in 1924 in Covington, Kenton Co., Kentucky.1 Charles Edward's father was James Harvey Warren and his mother was Effie Pearl Baize. His paternal grandparents were Joel Alexander Warren and Ellen Owsley Lusk; his maternal grandparents were Lee C. Baize and Roseanna Abney. He had two brothers and a sister, named Guy Joseph, George Wallace and Mary Pauline. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 17 in 1941 in Independence, Kentucky: Killed on Independence Hill, walking on Madison Pike by hit and run driver.. He was buried in Independence Cemetery, Independence, Kentucky.1 General Notes
Per Estelle Riley Warren, 8/21/2001: Charles was killed as he walked up Independence Hill, Madison Pike, by a hit and run driver, she believes. Charles was side swiped by the car.
