William Dabney Strother 
William Dabney was born about 1756 in ,,Virginia.1 William Dabney's father was William STROTHER and his mother was Sara Bailey Pannill. His paternal grandparents were Francis STROTHER and Susannah Dabney. He had three brothers and three sisters, named David, John, Joseph, Susannah, Sarah Dabney and Frances. He died on March 15th, 1781 in Guilford, South Carolina.1 General Notes
