William Edward RILEY 
William Edward was born on March 13th, 1915 in Oneida, Nemaha Co, KS.1 William Edward's father was George RILEY and his mother was Mary Elisabeth CONLIN. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin David RILEY and PERLINA Ann POWELL; his maternal grandparents were John Thomas CONLIN and Mary Augusta DILL. He had a sister named Georgia Lucille. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 76 in June 1991 in Lincoln NE. He was buried in Pawnee City, NE.1 1 General Notes

he was called Billy by all his relatives He lived with his grandpa Conlin u ntil he was 5,6,or 7 while his mom was getting settled after his fathers death in 1918 from the flu epidemic. His mother remarried to Galtley had 1ch Mary Marie Galtley died soon after then his mother married Murle Howard and had 3 more children Jack Joan and Gerry at this time Bill went to live with Murle a nd Mary his mom in Pawnee City, NE.
