Charles POWELL 
Charles was born on May 26th, 1740 in Overwharton Par., Stafford, Virginia.1 Charles' father was Charles POWELL and his mother was Elizabeth Betsy (Powell). He had two brothers and three sisters, named John, Peter, Elizabeth Beeland, Martha and Margaret. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Thomas and Nanny. He died at the age of 69 on March 28th, 1810 in Mercer County, Kentucky. He was buried in 1810 in Kentucky.1 1 General Notes
