William Jordin Morton 
William Jordin was born on November 15th, 1754 in ,Westmoreland Co., VA.1 William Jordin's father was Joseph Morton and his mother was Margaret Elizabeth Beckwith. His paternal grandparents were John Morton and Mary Mountjoy; his maternal grandparents were Marmaduke Beckwith and Elizabeth Brockenbrough. He had a brother and four sisters, named Morton, Margaret Sydenham, Mary Molly Beckwith, Elizabeth McCarty and Lucy Butler. He died at the age of 70 in January 1825 in ,,KY.
