Andrew Jackson Maples

Andrew Jackson was born on August 10th, 1835 in McMinn Co., Tennessee.¹   Andrew Jackson's father was Jesse Maples and his mother was Jemimah UNKNOWN.  His paternal grandparents were Josiah Maples and Ruthea Sweeney. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Alexander Preston, Americus Bonaparte, James Gunter, William Atchley, ANDERSON, Martha, Rachel and Sarah.  He was the youngest of the nine children. He had a half-brother named Anderson.  He died at the age of 65 on December 31st, 1900.¹
