Joseph Authur Jennings

Joseph Authur was born on June 29th, 1868 in Carroll Co. AR.¹   Joseph Authur's father was Benjamin F. Jennings and his mother was Nancy Jane Williams.  His paternal grandparents were Jackson Jennings and Nancy Jennings; his maternal grandparents were Joseph Parker Williams and Ruth Edwards. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Charley Anderson, Lee, Perry Alonzo, Alfred D., Linda, Julie M. B., Sara F. and Milinda F..  He was the oldest of the nine children. He had five half-brothers and four half-sisters, named James A., George W., Green Douglas, William B., Benjamin Franklin, Lusendy A., Martha J., Columbia J. and Allie.  He died at the age of 83 on October 4th, 1951 in Carroll Co. AR.¹
