Simon Herring

Simon was born about 1715 in NC.¹ Simon's father was JOHN HERRING and his mother was Catherine Morbe. His paternal grandparents were Anthony Herring and Marjorie West; his maternal grandparents were George Morbe and Catherine (Morbe). He had three brothers and a sister, named John, JOSHUA, Benjamin and Susanna. He was the second oldest of the five children.
