Seny Hael ap was born about 0390.¹   Seny Hael ap's father was Dingad ap Tudwal.  His paternal grandfather was Tudwal ap Ednyfed. He had a brother named Clydwyn ap.  He was the older of the two children.  Seny Hael ap is no longer alive.
