Benoni Gardiner

Benoni was born in 1636 in London,England.  Benoni's father was George Gardiner and his mother was Sarah Slaughter.  His paternal grandparents were Michael Gardiner and Margaret Browne; his maternal grandfather was John Slaughter. He had two brothers named Edward and Robert. He had nine half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Robert, Joseph, Peregrine, Benoni, Henry, George , Jr., William, Nicholas, Samuel, Lydia, Mary, Dorcas and Rebecca.  He died about 1731 in South Kingstown,Washington Co.,RI.
