Rixinde's father was Berenger I De Narbone and her mother was Gersende De Besalu-Barcelona. Her paternal grandparents were Raimond I De Narbone and Richarda De Rodez; her maternal grandparents were Bernardo I Tallaferro De Besalu and Toda De Provence. She was an only child.
