Mathilda's father was Guigues III D"albon and her mother was Mathilda Regina De Apulien. Her paternal grandparents were Guigues II D"albon and UNKNOWN Petronille; her maternal grandparents were Roger I De Sizilien-Apulien and Adelaide Di Savona. She was an only child. She died in 1145.
