William Riley and Alcey were married in a religious ceremony on October 1st, 1867 in Pike County, Indiana.1 They had four sons and five daughters, named Isaac Thomas, William Tolbert, Grover Cleveland, Rosco, Mary Jane, Rhoda Elizabeth, Dabia Ann, Isabell and Emma Stella.
