Nancy was born about 1820 in ,Of, Kentucky.1 Nancy's father was Samuel Witter and her mother was Rebecca Crask. Her maternal grandparents were Vincent Crask and Sarah Wilson. She had four brothers, and also a sibling of unknown gender named Abraham, James, John Kella, Jones and Lapsley. She died after 1870 in ,Wayne, Illinois.1 General Notes
