Juliene Withrow 
Juliene was born about 1817 in ,,Of Tennessee.1 Juliene's father was John Withrow and her mother was Frances. Her paternal grandparents were William Witherow and Priscilla Richardson. She had three brothers and a sister, named Granderson, Richardson, Alonzo and Withrow. She was the second youngest of the five children.-
