Amanda M. was born on May 22nd, 1854 in ,Wayne, Illinois.1 Amanda M.'s father was Richardson Withrow and her mother was Elizabeth King. Her paternal grandparents were John Withrow and Frances. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Alonzo, John, William P., Richard, Andrew Jackson, Mary Ann, Altimera, Elizabeth, Cornelia and Frances. She was the second youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 52 on October 16th, 1906 in ,Wayne, Illinois. She was buried in Hale Cemetary, Wayne, Illinois.1 1 -
