William Wilson

William was born on July 15th, 1775 in Cumberland, Carlisle, PA.¹ William's father was James Wilson and his mother was Rachel Bird. His paternal grandparents were William Wilson and Alison Landals. He had three brothers and a sister, named Bird, James, Charles and Mary. He was the second oldest of the five children.
