George Washington

George was born in Westmoreland County, Virginia.¹ George's father was Augustine Washington and his mother was Mary Ball. His paternal grandparents were Lawrence Washington and Mildred Warner; his maternal grandparents were Joseph Ball and Mary Johnson. He was an only child. He died on December 14th, 1799 in Mount Vernon, Fairfax County, Virginia.¹
