William E. Ward 
William E. was born on February 14th, 1869 in Boone County, Kentucky.1 William E.'s father was Simon Peter Ward and his mother was Amanda Elizabeth Shipley. His paternal grandparents were Drury Ward and Elizabeth Prater; his maternal grandparents were Caleb Shipley and Elizabeth Galloway. He had a brother and two sisters, named Simon Peter, Annis Elizabeth and Martha Gilley. He had a half-brother named Thomas Franklin. He died at the age of 77 on December 2nd, 1946 in Bath County, Kentucky.1 -
