Maria Ward 
Maria was born in 1842 in ,Harrison, Kentucky.1 Maria's father was John D. Ward and her mother was Maria Hearne. Her maternal grandparents were Clement H. Hearne and Keziah Cannon. She had four sisters named Naomi Ruth, Sarah, Emaline and Nancy. She was the second youngest of the five children.
