Isabel De was born about 1228 in Of Totnes, Devonshire, England.1 Isabel De's father was Hugh IV De VERE and her mother was Hawise De QUINCY. Her paternal grandparents were Robert De VERE and Isabel BOLEBEC; her maternal grandparents were Saher and Margaret De HARCOURT. She had a brother and two sisters, named Robert De, Laura De and Margaret De. She was the oldest of the four children. She died on August 11th, 1300. She was buried in Church Of Black, Exeter.1 1 General Notes
