Charles E. Twadell

Charles E. was born in 1864 in ,Of Wayne, Illinois.¹   Charles E.'s father was Henry M. Twadell and his mother was Mary. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Quinn, Joseph, Minnie Viola and Sarah.  He was the oldest of the five children.
