Joseph E. Troutt

Joseph E. was born on January 11th, 1859 in Liberty Twp, Washington Co., Missouri.¹   Joseph E.'s father was William R. Troutt and his mother was Marilda F. Puckett. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Samuel H., William Henry, Thomas E., John, Mary F, Martha J., Lucy Ann, Della Margaret and Pinie Bell.  He was the third oldest of the ten children.  He died at the age of 79 on November 8th, 1938 in Granite City, Madison, Illinois.  He was buried in November 1938 in Cross Roads Cem., Crawford Co., Missouri.^1 1
