Julia Ann was born on April 18th, 1868 in Six Crossing Hol, Phelps Co., Missouri.1 Julia Ann's father was John Riley Trout and her mother was Elizabeth Caroline WOFFORD. Her maternal grandparents were Charles Pinkney WOFFORD and Jerusha BURTON. She had a brother and seven sisters, named William Wesley, Elizabeth Arabelle, Mary Ann, Emily Jane, Wen'a Jerusia, Narcissus, Nancy Queen and Laura Isabelle. She was the youngest of the nine children.-
