Franklin Taylor

Franklin was born on June 17th, 1866 in Beecher City, Effingham, Illinois.¹ Franklin's father was Emmanuel Taylor and his mother was Mary Ann Durst. He had four brothers and a sister, named John Wesley, Burgess Hamilton, Horace Benton, Jesse B. and Hannah Elizabeth. He was the second youngest of the six children.
