William P. Talley

William P. was born in 1857 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   William P.'s father was John Talley and his mother was Mary A..  His paternal grandfather was Charles P. Talley. He had five sisters named Emma C., Martha J., Eliza Jane, Sarah E. and Lucretia.  He was the third oldest of the six children.
