Pleasant Henderson Starnes

Pleasant Henderson was born on November 29th, 1839 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   Pleasant Henderson's father was John E. Starnes and his mother was Elizabeth Pearson.  His paternal grandfather was John Starnes. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Samuel, Jackson, Christian, John E., Orlena, Sarah Or Sallie, Nancy S., Cornelia and Mary Ann.  He died at the age of 67 on February 7th, 1907.¹
