Hasken Stapleton 
Hasken was born in 1859 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 Hasken's father was John Stapleton and his mother was Minerva Lawson. His maternal grandfather was Martin Lawson. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Andrew, Harrison, Elkanah, Sarah and Martha. He was the second oldest of the six children.
