George Smith

George was born in 1848 in p Franklin Co., Missouri.¹   George's father was John E. Smith and his mother was Eliza UNKNOWN. He had a brother and eight sisters, named James Robert, Frances, Nancy, Angeline H., Barbara Jeanette, Harriet, Eliza Jane, Josephine and Susan.  He was the fourth oldest of the ten children.
