Emily Jane Smith

Emily Jane was born on September 26th, 1850 in Washington Co., Missouri.¹   Emily Jane's father was Benjamin T. Smith and her mother was Mrs. Emily Smith. She had four brothers and six sisters, named William S., George W., Erasmus Benjamin, James, Mary C., Frances E., Alice G., Sarah, Susan and Elizabeth.  She was the fifth youngest of the eleven children.
