Mark Simms 
Mark was born in 1749 in Charles County, Maryland.1 Mark's father was Fidelmus Simms and his mother was Elizabeth Bryan. His paternal grandparents were Anthony Semmes and Ann Sissons. He had a brother and three sisters, named John, Elizabeth, Simms and Simms. He was the youngest of the five children.-
