William Milburn Shipley 
William Milburn was born in 1847.1 William Milburn's father was Eli Wilson Shipley and his mother was Mahala Ann Felts. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Shipley and Catherine Wells; his maternal grandfather was Jarriott Felts. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Benjamin Jarriott, Gaines Anderson Matheney, Joel Felts, Louisa Catherine, Martha Ann, Rachel Savada and Susan Margaret. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 26 in 1873.1 -
