Oscar Joseph Shipley 
Oscar Joseph was born on February 8th, 1902 in Tennessee.1 Oscar Joseph's father was William Thomas Shipley and his mother was Rhoda Holt. His paternal grandparents were George Roller Shipley and Lydia Ann Hobbs. He had two brothers and a sister, named Samuel Lee, John William and Verna Pet. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 84 on January 16th, 1987.1 -
