James H. Shipley 
James H. was born in 1838 in Tennessee.1 James H.'s father was Caleb Shipley and his mother was Elizabeth Galloway. His paternal grandparents were Eli Shipley and Elizabeth Kingston. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Marshall, Washington, John Childers, Wesley P., Elkanah, Edna, Annie, Amanda Elizabeth and Susan Louisa. He died at the age of 75 in 1913.1
