Benjamin Jackson Shipley

Benjamin Jackson was born in 1824.¹   Benjamin Jackson's father was Adam Shipley and his mother was Ellen Holt.  His paternal grandparents were Eli Shipley and Elizabeth Kingston. He had three brothers and five sisters, named James B., Adam B., Ambrose B., Louisa B., Sarah A., Mary Eleanor, Martha Elizabeth and Lydia B..  He was the second oldest of the nine children.
