Jesse Self

Jesse was born on September 27th, 1783 in ,Northumberland, Virginia.¹   Jesse's father was Joseph Self and his mother was Elizabeth.  His paternal grandparents were Thomas Self and Elizabeth. He had two brothers named Thomas and Peter.  He was the second oldest of the three children.
