Richard Baxter Rutledge 
Richard Baxter was born on June 28th, 1871 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 Richard Baxter's father was Richard Kine Rutledge and his mother was Mary Jane Norman. His paternal grandparents were Emanuel Rutledge and Sarah Kate Wilson; his maternal grandparents were Daniel Norman and Malinda Spears. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Zolliecoffer William, Albert J., Clinton Dewit, Mary Elsie, Sarah Kate and Nancy Clay. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He had two half-sisters named Susan A. and Laura E.. He died at the age of 78 on December 12th, 1949 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 -
