Francis Rutledge

Francis was born in 1845 in p Liberty Twp., Washington, Missouri.¹   Francis' father was James Rutledge and his mother was Frances UNKNOWN. He had two brothers and three sisters, named George, John B., Nancy, Mary "Polly" and Martha.  He was the second youngest of the six children.
