James F. Rowland

James F. was born in 1858 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   James F.'s father was Pheba A. and his mother was Ann Rowland.  His maternal grandparents were Nathan G. Rowland and Mary Parker. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Clarence, Henry, William, Robert, George, Adaline, Cornelia Amanda, Nancy and Ellen.  He was the oldest of the ten children.
