John Roark

John was born in August 1850 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   John's father was James Roark and his mother was Elizabeth. He had three brothers and two sisters, named William, Joseph Rogers, Robert, Elizabeth and Ann.  He was the youngest of the six children.
