James Ridley

James was born on May 24th, 1784 in ,,Tennessee.¹   James' father was George Ridley and his mother was Sarah Vincent. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Vincent, Thomas, Moses, Samuel Jones, Henry, Abigail and Winifred.  He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He had five half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Beverly, George, John, William, Lettie, Martha Or Patsy, Elizabeth and Sarah.  He died at the age of 63 in 1847.¹
