Etta V. Record

Etta V. was born about 1893 in ,Washington, Missouri.¹   Etta V.'s father was William "Bud" Record and her mother was Martha Isgrigg.  Her maternal grandparents were John Isgrigg and Caroline UNKNOWN. She had a brother and two sisters, named Marquis L., Julia M. and Maude Viola.  She was the second youngest of the four children.
