W. H. RICHARDS

W. H. was born in 1836 in ,Tennessee.¹   W. H.'s father was Charles L. RICHARDS and his mother was Belzy UNKNOWN. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named W. M., Zedekiah R., John P., Henry H., Reuben, Doctor F., Michael Elijah, Virginia Mary and Michel Louisa.  He was the third oldest of the ten children.
