Doctor F. RICHARDS

Doctor F. was born in 1848 in ,Kentucky.¹   Doctor F.'s father was Charles L. RICHARDS and his mother was Belzy UNKNOWN. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named W. M., W. H., Zedekiah R., John P., Henry H., Reuben, Michael Elijah, Virginia Mary and Michel Louisa.  He was the third youngest of the ten children.
