Pulcheria

Pulcheria was born in 0399.¹   Pulcheria's father was Arcadius and her mother was Eudoxia.  Her paternal grandparents were Theodosius The Great and Aelia Flacilla; her maternal grandfather was Bauto. She had a brother and three sisters, named Theodosius II, Flacilla, Arcadia and Marina.  She was the second oldest of the five children.
