William Pennington

William was born in 1866 in ,Wayne, Illinois.¹ William's father was Anthony W. Pennington and his mother was Phoebe Jordan. His paternal grandparents were Uriah Pennington and Frances Mary Plumlee. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Uriah, John, Anthony, Susan and Sarah. He was the second youngest of the six children.
